Recount: Immersion Assembly
WALT: structure a recount using detailed and descriptive language.
When people read this recount they should feel interested and excited. This week we have been finding out all our new topic for the term and you are going to create a recount about our immersion assembly we had on Monday.

→ On Monday I went to school. When the second bell rang, my class and the other class went to line up so we could go to the immersion assembly. Then when we were at the hall we went to sit down and wait for the other class. When the immersion assembly started we did our karakia and mihi
Then we saw this big tank full of water. Then Mrs Noah, Mr Burt, Mr J and Mr somerville went to go fix it, but Mrs Noah got angry because she thought it wasn’t about to work. Then when they had these long hoes, when they put the hoes in the tank then when we waited till all the water was finished.
we watched team one,there one was about fixing the problem about the dog that has always pee and always leaving and coming back. Then we watched team two, team 3, team 4 and 5,
Then when we heard team 6 we got so confused because there was no team 6.Then we saw the teachers walking down, then we sang this very cool song. Then all of the classes went back to class and do our school work.
